FAQs

Do I need to apply for a temp license?
No! You only need to provide a copy/photo of your valid dental license in whatever state you practice in.
Do I need to provide my own patients?
No! We will provide enough patients/implant sites to ensure confidence and comfortability upon completion of the course.
How do I get my CE credits?
You will need to create a Straumann SKILL account and register for the course with a specific link provided on the first day of lecture. Your credits will then be available to you on your Straumann SKILL dashboard under the achievements tab within 30 days of completion of the course.
What do I need to bring?
Everything you need will be provided to you at the course EXCEPT your own pair of scrubs, and your own loupes if you desire (they are not required).
Will there be food?
Breakfast and lunch are provided each day, and we host an optional (but really fun!) dinner/social mixer after the first day of lecture. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions/allergies on the registration form.
What is the recommended attire?
We recommend dressing casually/comfortably. The model work can get a little messy, but we have gowns if needed. We just require you bring your own scrubs for surgery day.
Do I get to place implants, or is it just demonstration?
Each attendee will get to perform their own implant surgeries under the guidance of Dr. Raymond and other team members.
Do you offer one-on-one courses?
We do! Our one-on-one courses are custom tailored to fit your needs. They can be done at our facility or yours, and the tuition is done on a case-by-case basis depending on location, patients, length, etc. Please reach out to Emily at (215)317-6646 or at info@implanttrainer.com to inquire.
